Terms of Use

Sets fair rules for using the publication, protects Nerd Mango’s content and systems, and explains the limits of informational material. External review is recommended after operator, governing-law and user-submission decisions are final.

Acceptance and eligibility

By using an authorised public Nerd Mango service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it. You must be legally able to accept them. A parent or guardian should supervise use by minors where required. The service is operated by PULSEFORGE PTY LTD (ABN 14 698 027 913) and is intended for a general adult audience; it is not directed to children.

Permitted use

You may read, link to and use the service for lawful personal or internal informational purposes. Automated access is permitted only where not prohibited by published technical controls and where it does not impair the service, evade restrictions, extract protected datasets at scale or violate law.

Prohibited conduct

Do not attack, probe or disrupt systems; bypass access controls; introduce malware; impersonate others; scrape at abusive scale; misuse content to deceive; submit unlawful, infringing, dangerous or privacy-invasive material; manipulate reviews or referrals; or falsely imply Nerd Mango endorsement.

Content and intellectual property

Nerd Mango and its licensors retain rights in original text, design, data organisation, marks, images and other protected material. Limited quotation and linking remain subject to applicable law. Permissions requests go to hello@nerdmango.com. Third-party marks belong to their owners.

Information, links and commercial relationships

Content is general information, not individual legal, financial, medical, cybersecurity or investment advice. Technology changes and regional differences can make information outdated or inapplicable. Third-party links are provided for convenience; Nerd Mango does not control their availability, terms or conduct. Affiliate and advertising relationships are disclosed under separate policies and do not guarantee a product.

Submissions

If a submission feature is active, you confirm you have the right to submit the material and grant Nerd Mango a non-exclusive licence only as reasonably necessary to review, respond, verify, moderate and, where you expressly agree, publish it. Nerd Mango will not claim ownership of private feedback. Submission features are not active at launch.

Warranties and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nerd Mango does not promise uninterrupted access, error-free content or suitability for a particular purpose. Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any limitation must be interpreted fairly and proportionately.

Changes, restriction and law

Nerd Mango may change or suspend features for security, maintenance, legal or editorial reasons. Material term changes receive notice appropriate to their impact.
