Provides a visible, evidence-led route to report errors and a public correction record for material mistakes.

How to report

Send a correction request to corrections@nerdmango.com. Include the URL, disputed statement, reason and supporting source. Do not submit passwords, identity documents, exploit payloads or unnecessary sensitive information.

Triage

Nerd Mango acknowledges corrections sent to corrections@nerdmango.com, assesses urgency and routes privacy, safety, legal and security reports appropriately. Evidence is weighed by reliability, relevance, date, version and jurisdiction—not by the complainant’s status.

Outcomes

Material factual errors are corrected promptly with a dated note explaining the substance. Minor spelling or formatting fixes may be made silently if meaning is unchanged. Contested but supportable judgements may be clarified without being withdrawn. Rejected requests receive a reason where practical.

Correction record

CMS fields must record report date, claim, evidence, decision maker, severity, action, before/after text or revision reference, publication note and closure date. Corrections cannot erase the internal revision history.

Appeal and abuse

A requester may seek one internal review by writing to corrections@nerdmango.com. Repetitive, threatening or bad-faith submissions may be limited, but credible evidence must still be assessed. Legal threats are preserved and escalated; editors do not concede facts merely to end pressure.

Privacy

Correction submissions are used to investigate and respond, retained only as long as needed to investigate and respond and to meet legal obligations, and shared only as needed. Publishing a person’s name or correspondence requires a lawful, editorially justified decision.
